Just doing something new for variety or as a result of the class this past weekend?

I started the pushups/curls/situps last week as I'm spending more time in my "home gym" and feeling weak in my upper body. Nothing to do with the class this last weekend, although I did get some good ideas for using the resistance bands for strengthening, and added some of those too!
