Ha ha! You should keep it! It is a great way to extend your XC skiing days into your old age! When Mary won't let you go out of the house by yourself. :-)

Hey, nice job to finish the race at all, considering your limited training! I'm guessing you 'forgot' to take your meds on Friday night! Your reserve of strength and endurance is amazing, altho I'm sure those last k's hurt. Hope you feel ok on Sunday.
