Low average and max HR so you must be getting a lot fitter?

A combination of riding easy and a NE breeze and of course extreme fitness

Made up for my pedestrian heart rate at the O training later in the day.

134 average & 158 max

Pedestrian... there are guys in my army unit that are a bit shocked I can still get mine up to 190 as they max out at around 150 (they are ~10yrs my senior).
