don't miss this as well as stretching and rolling. Go online and find some calf strengthening exercises, there should be plenty around.
No need to go online...I have years of advice from various physios to draw from!
so get on and do them ;-)
I couldn't do three single leg calf raises three months ago. Up to doing various sets now. They do work.
