And in the latest news, I've just had a call form the guys who actually do the damage assessing, booking in an assessment for this coming Wednesday. So clearly CommInsure aren't reading their emails, and I can't be arsed sitting in a phone queue to tell them personally.

Gee, l use them, and haven't had any trouble with past claims. I wonder why you have had so much trouble.
