You’re determination is amazing, what you have achieved is amazing. It was so inspiring talking to you last month, remember we all believe in you :).

Ah, the "ME-versary". I used to do that. It's not dwelling, it's acknowledging the passing of time and reflecting.

You're doing everything right. I am sure that you will return at some stage and then you will have all this knowledge of yourself & how your body works & reacts.

I have had a rotten winter, with successive viruses (NOT coronavirus!), blood test scares and 4 months pretty much written off - but I was lucky - I'm OK again now. But I have learned to be cautious and I am sure that is why I have recovered.

Hmm yeah. Very hard to not think about but I don't think for me it's very helpful and it's quite scary to think about.

Thanks, I hope so. I few people have said I'm doing everything right. Doesn't feel like it to me but probably one of those things you realise afterwards rather than when you're in the thick of it.

Oh no, glad you've managed to recover! Fingers crossed for avoiding coronavirus! Onwards and upwards.

Yeah it probably doesn't feel at all helpful, and it *is* scary. It's awful. You've had a really rough deal, no question, and the illness is very unfair. I just hope (and you deserve it , with all you're doing right), that one day, as for me, it will just be a memory. Keep going!!!! :-)
