I saw you've taken on OUSA's communications duties. Good for you!

I'm wondering what sort of things are planned.

Thanks.. I'm excited about the possibilities and am hoping I can have a positive impact in growing the sport beyond its current base... I've got a number of ideas, and will be reaching out to many in the community in the coming weeks and months.. Stay tuned..

Congrats, Clint!

The list of responsibilities was too daunting for me. Best of luck to as you navigate all the ways of communicating with the orienteers in the US!

I've been doing most of those responsibiities for both UConn and my running club for many years, while also running multiple greenhouse facilities. So since I'm retiring from the greenhouse bit at the end of the month, this ought to keep me out of trouble..

That was a short retirement, or no retirement!

No retirement actually, as I'm still employed at UConn until April 1st. But the OUSA is a part-time, contract position, so the hours are set by me.. And the new gig will give me control over when/where I want to do things instead of being governed by the needs of a couple of greenhouse facilities - which always seem to want attention in the nice weather and on weekends...
