I ate a bit but not much. More importantly, I probably didn't drink enough only taking a few sips of water throughout. The next long outing I might try a short rest around 2 hours and making myself eat and drink and see if that lets me go longer still feeling good.

I have a hard time eating and running, and have been experimenting with drinking Fellrnr’s Go Juice, no solid food. Working well so far, but only up to 4 hours.

I hope the fuel, drink, and rest keep you happily moving!
