If you need beta for tomorrow there are various GPS tracks in my log... April 15th, 2017 is a good one. Watch out for cliffs;)

I just saw this now. Yep, there were definitely some cliffs! Man, Begbie is really convoluted!
I appreciate the offer of the beta, but it was good that I had to do it all myself, from scratch. Built a few good ideas, dropped some pins on Gaia for possible routes plus spots to avoid. I took us down a ridge a couple of drainages to the skier's right of the 112 gullies for our first run down, figuring the ridge lines would be more conservative for the first run down and then could decide whether we try some gullies.
I also learned that you can make a bunch of plans, but should be very prepared for that to all change when you get there (especially uptracks and trying to get around really steep sections). We ended up spotting other potential lines on the descents (and from the subsequent uptracks), tried them, and they worked.
We hit one cliffy spot early on during the first descent, put the skins on and climbed about 30 m to get around via a previous option we spotted. Other than that, it all went well, although we did have to slowly pick our way down one other steep slope.
Great snow and great lines. The two older ladies in my group weren't keen on breaking trail to get back up for the next lap, so they offered me first tracks down in exchange for breaking trail. Sweet deal.
Did two uptracks and three descents, working our way to skier's right and hitting the two drainages to the skier's left of the main cutblock that leads down to the logging road by where we parked the car at the highway. Snow got a little sticky lower down but still skied well enough all the way to the bottom. A great day, fun to lead the guides around for a big finale to the course.
