Sofie loves it too! That's our go to show when she does get to watch something, or when we have family "movie" night. Mister Rogers and If You Give A Mouse A Cookie (Amazon Prime) are other favorites.

Lukas likes it, too, but I think I like it more than Lukas does.

Samantha likes it too! (At 13! and she doesn't like it ironically...) She also likes Twilight and Zombie High School.
I hate all of them.
Do your kids also talk w/ a British accent after a bunch of Peppa?

Aha! Sylvia loves the book If you give a mouse a cookie, maybe we'll have to try the show too! We also do Mt. Rogers.

Not really a British accent, but Sylvia now says: "Ready, *Steady*, Go" when she's about to do something!!

Sorry not to see you this past weekend. Hope little S is better. Callum also loves Peppa Pig. I've started putting on the dubbed German version (we have family that is German) so I don't feel sooo guilty when he watches an episode... he doesn't complain at all, which is fascinating to me since he has a bit of German vocab but not much at all...

When Sofie first started watching Peppa Pig it was on a plane, so she didn't have any sound. I would watch it with her and it was only when we started watching at home did I realize Peppa was a girl! So maybe kids don't mind if they can't understand or hear the dialogue?

Also, Sofie says "Ready, Steady, Go" too! I actually couldn't figure out where she got it from. I guess I don't listen to Peppa as closely as I thought!

Yeah, S is better, just snotty now, which is easier to handle! Missed seeing you too! We should look for some Spanish-dubbed Peppa Pig, as these days S is missing out on her Spanish-immersion daycare...

Awesome Sofie is also a Ready, Steady, Go girl =) We've let her watch it particularly on the longish drive to go skiing, so I've overheard a good deal of the dialogue...

I'm in the Peppa Pig club now too, via my 2yr3mo-old grandson: because his father is British. And is a newly-minted nurse practitioner, on the front lines of CoViD-19, which is relevant to this conversation in that grandpa and grandma don't get to visit with grandson and share Peppa tales in person these days--we're going to try some skyping or something.

Yeah peppa pig is probably one of the better shows for kids here. A bit slower. Paw patrol is another favorite! But Really I miss blues clues or mr Rogers or even barnie.

Hope everyone is staying safe and the most of your worries is crazy british TV haha!

My kids at 7 and 5 years old still love Peppa Pig. Funny huh.
