I really like the app Freeletics. It has some really intense bodyweight exercises and routines.

I think it also has the option to avoid stressing certain body parts. Your knee, for example.

I use Beachbody which has a lot of variety but share the cost with others. Though it’s $10/ month which is worth it to me
