Just read on FB that some of my friends had gone on the reduced MOC Tour. The plan B consisted of Greece, Northern Macedonia and Albania.
On arrival they have at least been able to run a sprint in Plaka, but Albania is closed and there are restrictions in Greece so all restaurants are closed. We will probably hear more later - will there be a Plan C, D or E??

I am more glad to have dropped out every day. Seems like a nightmare. Thanks for the update. I was wondering how things were going.

Now it seems obvious why we canceled. 10 days ago canceling seemed alarmist.

I was about to say, it's amazing how quickly the situation changed. Then I realized it would be more accurate to say, it's amazing how quickly our comprehension of the situation has changed.

My friends will take the first flight back home tomorrow after the shortest MOC Tour in history. Now also Northern Macedonia is closed. I donĀ“t know if anything else will happen in terms of O in Greece though but I doubt it.

Hi Charlie--good call on cancelling. This will allow you to re-focus and plan and conduct counter-offensive laurel wrangling operations. You could even superimpose a dense network of nearly indiscernible micro-trails (think ants, or maybe squirrels) on your existing trail net to really up the RHINO challenge.
