Some injuries take time more than therapies. Hang in there.
Long term, that’s the thinking that is talking me out of trying a run. Just cool it for a little while longer and start fresh again.
I want to run Grandma’s half this year anyways so there’s still plenty of training time (assuming there’s a race this year!).
