Klepperton:
I told the bakery last night that I wouldn’t be able to run my business for the foreseeable future.

Thanh works for Toronto Public Health in infectious disease. She’s been doing contact tracing since the first case at the end of January.

It’s been a nightmare for the 4 of us.

I’m home with the kids now - SO relieved.

Sleep hygiene has been horrific - even worse than usual.

Still trying to make sense of everything. Hoping a few good nights sleep will give me a proper perspective.

Again - so so relieved to be with my kids.

Heart rate definitely higher than normal on my runs. Maybe anxiety? I don’t know.

That sounds really stressful Mark. Get some rest and keep up with those runs! It’ll help a lot.

Hang in there Mark, look after the family first and foremost.

Give me a call anytime. But keep up with the running!
