I’m starting to think the same thing. Maybe people are staying up late and sleeping in more, since trails seem busier from about 11 on around here. It’s getting harder to find solitude in a trail run!

We've noticed a lot more people out on the trail in general. I should specify that the Montour is a rail trail - and it has been very busy after work/later on weekends. As soon as we start running on real trails in parks we have them to ourselves :)

Well, good to still have some quiet spots. The increase in traffic around here (town conservation lands, mostly) is enough to send the anti-social Campbells fleeing for places far enough away that we might have company for the first mile or two, but not much beyond that. Even Jon has seen people out in the park he's mapping (which is normally rather quiet). I guess we'll just have to stay creative.

Even the more obscure trails I’ve gone on have had people recently. The *woods,* however, I’ve had to myself. :-)
