Read what you want into that and the spirit in which it is written.... more restrictions probably likely if others you mentioned in comments on that banned sport of golf....
My building has private grounds. Does that count as "time outside", or (as it's private) can I spend as much time out there as I please?
3hrs 30 isn't long compared to some ultra distance sportsmen, so Charlie could be considered as having minimised the time ;-) - cycling alone, seems absolutely fine. Mind you, a week ago I said that 12 people in a forest was "absolutely fine", so...… (& cycling in Spain is not allowed).
