Ok, so you may feel recovered from a virus but doing too much to soon is a sure fire way to fuck yourself. And by 'too much' I mean anything much more than a very easy short jog to start with. There's a reason I was out for 6 months last year, and that was just something nasty someone brought to SPOOK, not coronavirus - I kept trying to get back to normal training lwvels in 3 weeks after a relapse. It takes your body longer to fight off and recover from a virus than you think/feel it does. There's no racing for a couple of months so save yourself a relapse when there is racing and be sensible. Even now if I wake feeling like I did then I'm jumpy (hence just had 3 days off)
