Not to compete, just for company and motivation?
Perhaps we would just post our workouts here once a week, without times neccesarily, just goals, stratagems and accomplishments, like this for example:
....yesterday dug up a Jack Daniel's 800 meter training, 4 x400 fast, 3 x 300 faster! It worked really well as the 400's relaxed me and primed me perfectly for the 300's. I had an underlying personal goal of hitting or bettering a certain time and on the 2nd 300 I hit it right on. Felt good, haven't gone at that speed that smoothly for a while. Spring has sprung!
