Jealous of someone who can spark more interest in 2 sentences than my blabbing on for 3.42 books.

I was amazed at his heart rate especially since he was not at full fitness. On my best day of fitness I could not have those numbers...so at the starting line my hearts already thumping away like his and others like ole Koski with their super hearts will be once they starts running.

Of course I have a rock for a brain that refused to believe how poor my chances were of running great so at least I accomplished as much as I could for what I had...and I had endurance that had to include some sort of ability of the heart to beat so fast so long. And I seem to have good/low (but not too low) blood pressure even though after googling I still do not understand blood pressure.

Hope you are recovering. My stupid bump on right knee will not go down. Viral appointment today. Hopefully I will overcome my technical deficiencies enough to have a proper visit. I'm curious how you virally drain a knee?

Maybe like the one commercial a few years back where the guy was on phone with doc with a knife, alcohol, etc and he told the doc he thought he (the doc) should be doing this (surgery).

I tried to stick a sewing needle in like a blood blister but unlike Rambo and other heroes I was not tough enough...I do think the skin is thicker over the knee cap.

See...here I am blathering on again.

Jack Wright. (My main character for epic novel that will sweep the world someday...if I ever finish is named Jack Nelson...that is the sign. Of something. But as a visionary I am unable to understand the visions I am gifted to see.)
