The perfect time for a run - all your aches and pains have warmed up, you get a bit of sunlight on your head (for mental health) and it is too early for your back to have seized up from sitting in the chair all day. Enjoy it while you can.
My aches and pains don't ease off before midday. Evening runs work best for me. Maybe the standing desk helps.
