Physio recommended I try these to strengthen glutes & hip abductors, which in turn helps minimise load on the knee. single-leg straight deadlifts also good, as are lunges once your knee is sorted, to build up that lower quad, def keep on top of the stretching/rolling of the quads.

thanks Brad. sorry to hear about your knee. they do wonders these days though. did you read Kenny Lietch's article in compassport recently? that was pretty inspirational

I did - definitely worth putting off 'traditional' surgery if possible, the options in a few years' time will be massively greater than they are today! Hope your issues are something that can be sorted by physio.
