Yes, I agree that maybe the approach may be a bit too relaxed.
I don´t follow what´s going on very closely and I´m not particularly worried since my everyday life is relatively unchanged - with the exception of my weekly group hikes having stopped. Apart from that I don´t meet less people than on a normal day (that is usually quite "people free"), but I still go grocery shopping without particular safety measures.
My wife is still working - in health care, being a lab technician at Falu Hospital, so she gets to see and hear a bit more of the development.
Being out and about of course includes shopping, but on my hikes and when walking the dog I seldom see other people.
