An accomplishment, to be sure. The question is: what has it done for your running fitness, or overall fitness? Because I go to the track to do timed intervals, I get a very accurate read on current fitness. Not sure how you would make comparisons before, during, and after.
No metrics here. Other than that, psychologically, I don't feel so much like a slug. Which is the point.
