Common experience for me. Do not care for it
I'll eat a little oatmeal as soon as I get up, then jog inside for 20 min or so. Then I'll read a little in bed. That combo uss gets me back to sleep in a little over an hour
Weird... I've heard that any aerobic exercise will keep you awake, while things like push-ups will help you sleep.
But, whatever works!
Melatonin for me... it works!
Lol, exercise would wake me up more! I was so wide awake I assumed my alarm would go off any minute, nope....only 1am. Lol, mind was wondering too much by then!
