Been saying it for years boy - too many people doing their easy runs too fast. It’s beating up the legs.
Who knows if that’s your issue but worth a shot I reckon.

All your runs apart from sessions are averaging I’d say around 4.30 per km. An easy run should therefore be slower.
I guess I just quite enjoy doing my easy runs at 4.30, but realistically my body isn't in a place for that to actually be my easy pace at the moment. Also, in hindsight my rest day turned out to be the heaviest day of all on my legs due to the squats and deadlifts being a shock to the system. I'll make sure to take a proper rest day this coming Monday!
Try to keep your HR below 150 on your next run and see how that feels. I know HR is notoriously inaccurate but yours are consistently high so probably an indication of overdoing it a bit.
