Congrats on a full week of daily rowing. Must be a first for you for several years. Hope you get in a time you deem respectable enough to post before the end of the month.
Not pushing the tempo. I thought I would try to get up to 100,000 meters for the season. Not much of a goal, but with only 18 days left I need to average 2,000 a day. Right now I am somewhat limited in how hard I can phish by a sore hamstring, but otherwise ok, so a little rowing is feeling pretty good.
I notice you have" borrowed" my 3K workout....:)
Didn't realize it was yours, but I have seen some of the sparky times you put up for it. I have long admired your daily concept 2 habit. Anything I can borrow from you I'll be happy to use.
