I doubt it is a rule as I cannot easily find a reference to it on the ACT Govt website - probably just advice and a reminder to do some exercise rather than binge watching TV. BTW I saw on the you tube feed of Matthius Kyburz breaking the 50km run record on a treadmill that his French coach says he lives in a village in France where they are only allowed to go outside for an hour a day but only 1 kms from their home - makes long runs a bit boring!

I had more climb :-) and I had to jump over a blue tongue lizard twice!
