Well, I only started up for real about April 1 and the Concept 2 season ends April 30. No, 3K is not one of their standard distances, but it is a good intermediate one when I am not emotionally adapted to go 5k. Your times are pretty sparky. I probably won’t go longer until I get my 3K times under 13:00.
Hmm, ever consider those interval workouts from the computer? I have tried them, but I seem to get lost in the rest periods...have to figure them out.
I did some a few years back, but it did seem pretty complicated. Maybe try them again when I get a bit more acclimated. Or just maybe I try one tomorrow.
