Yeah not something I’d reach for. Hiking yes but mars :/ I like trail mix though (yes American) nuts, raisins and m&ms. small enough to have just a small amount but sugar and salt and fats.
Yeah it wasn’t ideal but I can’t eat more than 2 gels really and anything in small bits isn’t easy to eat on the move.
Although actually the biggest problem is breathing
Yeah I mean I’d also be worried if I had to run a 15k tempo whilst holding my breath
