Certainly you seem to have more time for running. Are you working at all.?

Far too much! Working 10:00-17:00 and 19:30-22:00 most weekdays and a little at weekends. The boys and I moved to my parents 5 weeks ago as Alex is at risk of getting a high viral load so I have baby sitting which is what is making the biggest difference. That andI spend too many hours sitting in a chair in front of a screen and I need to move! My parents go walking first thing then look after the boys most of the rest of the day. Some days I don’t run I barely make 2000 steps :-(
How are things with you?

Hi Rachael,
I had recently heard that you were having to social distance from Alex, so wanted to say what a fantastic thing to do and thanks to you both. And I thought I could find you on AP and hey presto there is a chain.
Whilst its a logical and sensible course of action it must be difficult for you both. But what a great thing to do. Some additional beats on the saucepan on Thursday seem appropriate.
Going running if you can is great for the sanity, for Mums its good to get some adult conversation if only with yourself!
Regards to you both
Charles
