Did you wear it non-stop? I've been wearing one on my neighborhood walks but frequently pull it down (by the elastics not the cloth part) when there are no people around.

There were large sections with no one around, so I pulled it down then, yup.

How's life? I miss you and O friends (sorry I couldn't do the Zoom call the other night.) Maybe we can get together and do a proper hike sometime soon! With 6' between us of course...

I wear my buff around my neck, and put it over my face when I see anyone, no matter how far away they are (probably 30% of the time), or when I'm on Swarthmore College property, as they have required masks. It's not so bad once you get used to it a bit.

Good job getting out!

Buffs are great masks in cooler weather, but hot at other times, don't you think? I have either a buff or a bandanna handy on trails. If I'm wearing a jacket I'll just pull it up over my face if I can't keep proper distance.

Buffs! Good idea, except I agree with Janet they might be a little on the hot side.

Thanks for the cheerleading! I really need it these days.

I cut a buff in half, so I have 2, and they are short, so not as much fabric around your neck when not in use. I’m using a really thin one, too, so it’s not too hot.

That said, I was washing both buffs today, so wore a sports towel tied like a bandana. It was really great! Better breathing, and cooler. Swag FTW!

That I would like to see, the Mohawk and the sports towel mask. Still completely unrecognizable to the innocent denizens of Swarthmore no doubt.

I lost one of my masks on today's walk. :( When I got off the main trail in the woods I figured I'd just carry it but then when I went to put it back around my neck it was gone. I'll retrace my steps tomorrow and hopefully will find it. It's bright red so should be easy to spot.
