So 100k achieved, will tomorrow be 11km+ with 2000m climb to achieve both goals?
I heard Matt's doing a 50k run today to try and keep up with you.
i spent the afternoon in the kitchen working on my obesity
...after crushing Bixley last week and satisfied by his efforts, he rested.
well done Timothy you crushed someone who the previous Friday said "next week will be a rest week"
Now when I was your age........
I thought you outlined what you were like at Tim's age a few weeks back?
How old is Tim?
I was running 100-140k week after week with a minimum 2k vert or I was still obese.
I put Tim at about 24, he appears older because he's a toy boy. Based on the comment below it seems like you didn't start running until you were about 40.
"Went for my first run on May 22nd 2004, 3.1km took 18 minutes and I weighed 84kg, at 5'6" that is fecking fat."
You were 31 or Tim is?
Anyway Tim's got to do a 18km run with 2200m of climb to get back on track.
I was 31, so likely was obese, big weeks late 30s then broke down. seem to recall the mid years were when I was smashing you regularly.
You've always been smashing me, I've never beaten you in a running race.
30 if anyone cares (so Matt was still fat). Well done Greig on 7-days straight!
30 - just got married, just buying house, just having children
welcome to your new life timothy :D
Hey - I got married 4 years ago, hasn't slowed me down too much. Greig only got good after having kids. I recon its the extra resistance training of carrying them everywhere.
