That's a very impressive looking track. And at a fairly hard intensity too.... Nice job...

Nice work! With many things being cancelled and if it persists thinking about a solo ultra as a goal in late summer/early fall.

Wow! Sounds like you really enjoyed this long outing. Nice to have a great crew member too. :-)
Well done.

Woo, way to go! Nice motivation in the absence of fellow racers.

Glad your long run was less of a misadventure than my 28-mile hike with Anna. We had some issues getting linked up with our ride home. ;-)

Thanks everyone!

@W4J: I like it. Great motivation to spend a lot of time in the woods. I've really been enjoying our long runs - more than I was expecting. I see more ultras in my future.

@cmpbllv: I read your log and it sounded crazy! I would have a hard time thinking that I was done and then having to continue on for more. Luckily, my crew person was exactly where he needed to be every time :)

Crew person was very paranoid about being on time even when he went straight there, much less when he tried to go on a few adventures of his own.

Yay, motivated, organized, and healthily paranoid crew person! ;-) I dragged Jon along on today's Billygoat '79 rerun...he was a very grumpy crew person, but I emerged from the woods in one piece this time. Hurray for the people who make it possible for us to do crazy things.
