I did mine almost 3 weeks ago. Soleus takes a long time to heal.
I could really do with being able to run right now.

Yeah, pretty sure that is what it is. I found a suggestion as to how to verify which calf muscle was the problem (straight and bent knee calf stretches) and it predicts soleus..... so lots of gentle stretches and massage/roller and then, once it has calmed down, calf raises

I had a video call with Katherine. Confirmed soleus minor tear.
I have a couple of exercises to do - bent knee calf raises - 2 legs with extra weight to start - not single leg as that will be too much.
The other is standing, knee bent on one leg(rest other somewhere) with theraband around knee attached to something in front - then straighten leg. repeat

Mine still aches.
Mind, you, so does most of my body in some way, so it's just another one to add to teh list.
