I saw on the eBoard you mentioned having a small Camelbak without a chest strap.
Go to their website and tell them you "lost" your chest strap. I did that (after having bought the "women's" small Camelbak on sale at EMS that didn't have one, and bounced) and they sent me a "new" one.
