So frustrating! Physical therapy? Massage?
Bought massage balls, and I've been using them! And last time I went to physical therapist (with an earlier version of this injury) he said there wasn't much he could do. Online it looks like tape and anti-inflammatories are some of the top treatments, and I should follow up with my doctor again about a virtual appointment! I guess the silver lining is I've added to my understanding of what hurts it and what doesn't, and I won't feel like I'm being overly conservative by taking a longer amount of time where I focus on short runs instead of skating. I'm happy I've been able to do short runs with pretty minimal pain, and that seems like it could work as a baseline that keeps all my other joints and stuff used to weight-bearing exercise.
