I thinks thats great - well done :-)

Looks pretty epic. Not the ideal day for a long run either, I suffered a bit from heat, humidity and pollen on a much shorter outing so impressed you survived it.

If you click Malcolm's name on the plotaroute page it shows the other challenges he's set, most of which have less tarmac. I quite fancy trying the (south-)West Glasgow one sometime, though it involves biking to join the route somewhere on the southside.

I was early enough to escape the worst of the heat, though I did sweat buckets!
