Sounds sweet. Very jealous as never made it out there.

Sad news about the chipper though.

Yeah was class. I wouldn't have fit it into my original pre-lockdown plans, but I must say having done it now, I do feel like it's a must-do if you can, so cool out there.
But yes, the heartbreaking tale of a man and the chipper. Pot noodles just don't cut it.

I think i'd have cried to find the chipper closed after that trek!

I really should have got to NZ before now, really sounds class.

I once cried when a veggie restaurant I had been looking forward to going to for days after treking in South America was closed and I ended up at a steak restaurant with a mixed salad instead! I'm not sure if pot noddle is better or worse that some salad leaves....

Oh I’d take the pot noodles every day if the week.
