I get the same with UsynligO down here. I have to slow right down to a jog/walk when in the circle, then wait for phone to register as GPS "catches up", then the moment the phone vibrates & starts singing, I'm out of there with a big acceleration.

As you say, feels artificial. 1st world problem possibly? (as the R rate goes up all over the place) ?
