We've got quite a little gang going now.

It looks like fun. And good motivation. Probably wouldn't have run an hour this morning without it.

Good for you!

Well done! I keep postponing the Long Run badge.

Nice!!! I haven't set up any workouts on my current Garmin, but on my previous one, it wouldn't count the time or distance in my recovery intervals (even though I was walking or slow-jogging -- and I want full credit for all movement!). So I never designated anything as recovery; I would just have to remember what-was-what (easy enough when you're alternating slow / fast or whatever...).

Just FYI if you're like me and you don't want to be cheated out of any time or distance being counted during a workout. ;-)

I love the challenge. I'd join if my PF weren't all messed up.

I'm going to do a July EX2 challenge though, 50 miles of walking/running, trails/woods/roads whatever. I hope I can manage it. Also probably going to do the virtual Race Across Maryland, which can be biking or running. Since I've been doing a lot of biking, I figure I should do that and get some credit for it!

I've just joined a virtual bike race for July that mirrors the Tour de France schedule. Most days there's a 30 minute minimum so it's not a big commitment - just an excuse to get on the bike more often and donate to the charity they're raising funds for.

The other challenge (Coast Mountain Trail Running) is time-based so you could walk it if your PF allows you. A typical challenge is 30-60 minutes. I chose it because my heel has been sore and I didn't want a distance component. One fun thing about virtual races is that it's possible to do more than one at the same time - even with the same workout.

True! I did sign up for the Race Across Maryland, and popped out 12% of the total on the first day. ;-) Only going for 100 miles though; I thought 250 was going to be too much of a challenge when I have so many other things I want to do. Plus during my work weeks I'm not likely to do much, if any, exercise if the past work weeks are any indication.
