Oskar challenged us a while ago to do two long runs, two workouts and an orienteering session in a week, and although not all of that continued after the challenge week, the two long runs stuck. I suppose it helps that I enjoy them...
Oskar knows of what he speaks.....that type of weekly schedule is very similar to what I had Samantha doing for JWOC and WOC. Stick with it.
