Discussion: Deer sneezes

Deer will snort or blow to get you to move when they’re not getting a scent to identify you, so that may be what you heard.

Did it sound like a human sneeze? I learned that a goat sneeze sounds eerily like a human sneeze when I was in Senegal. My host had a goat in the back yard and I slept with the window open. First time it happened I thought there was someone in the back and couldn't fall asleep, I was to busy worrying about it!
