This O-course is on my to-do list, but your bug report is discouraging - mosquitoes or BF's or FDFs or all of them? Strangely we have very few bugs here in the Seacoast - I guess upstate got much more rain during the last week or so. Need to wait for the next drought!

I hope the Garcelon catches on as a standard unit of bug infestation. "0.6 Garcelons" sounds like a bad time to be using the map for anything other than a fly swatter!

Hi Ernst -mainly mosquitoes, black flies and deer flies were there but not horrible. No ticks. I'd love to go back and try again in the fall.

Hahahaha I am loving the Garcelon as a standard of mosquito measurement. We should include a rating on all our future MSAR O sections.
