There sure aren't any dips, the steepest section is neither of the two shown, and the section after the hairpin is very uniform grade. And nothing close to 21%.

Hmm. That definitely lowers my opinion. But I like the way they list nearby climbs to check out.

Phil, you may remember how the East Rock summit road in New Haven contains no downhill sections at all...
