Do 36km instead. You may not always be a sensible man but you can at least use sensible units.

Where's the fun in that?
Also I prefer mi to km for distance traveled. It's a base unit! And easier to divide into 60 when figuring out speed vs distance for foot travel speeds.
Also ˚F > ˚ C for temperatures. It is a human-scaled system!
