I am very envious of your new house! I love the Cape, and while the last time I visited Nickerson, 2 years ago, I found a lot of the unpleasant veg you mentioned, I think it's overall a great place. The bike path must also be close to you too!

My navigation professor is near Nickerson SP, also has a place out there as an escape from Cambridge. He was interested in getting out on that map, so perhaps it's time to rejuvenate it?

I think there is goodness in being satisfyingly busy in retirement. The trick is to keep is satisfying and not crazy, right?

Yes, some people say NSP bad; I say good and certainly useful for training, Cape school events, local events. It's such an awesome place for camping, swimming, hiking.
