RASPUTIN:
just removed a chunk of cartilage and tiny piece of meniscus

and donor dowel osteochondral allograft w donor dowel and PRP/stem cells from my hip

6-8hrs/day in continuous passive movement machine (60* today!)
in 1-2hr chunks because hydration
plus several 30’ sessions of cold compression

4 weeks in straight brace. walking on it is fine. no pain. miracle of SCIENCE.
