Haven't been abused yet, but get a lot of dirty looks (even though if I'm coming within <1.5m I pull up my buff).

But I also read yesterday that buffs are worse than wearing no mask because the fabric doesn't stop your spit it just makes the droplets really fine...

I try to give others a wide berth or run in parks with less people. The most difficult track is the pipe bridge where it is impossible to maintain 1.5m.

The buff around my neck is at least compliant. I encountered a policeman in my street as I left my driveway for this afternoon's run and he just waved me through.

Yeah same, I always have mine around my neck and run on the road around people on the footpath...though a bit harder to give people a wide berth on the Yarra trails!

And haha I read that too Ais!! Something like jeans material is meant to be optimal? Imagine trying to run and breathe through jeans!

Yeah I have been pulling mine up on the Yarra trails just to avoid any ire. You definitely can't give a wide berth unless you want to end up in the river haha....

Hahaha yeah I don't think I'll be taking up wearing denim on my run. Yuk.
