Scotland added Switzerland yesterday....so coming back a week Saturday may find it on the England list too by then.....

I don't think the English authorities are anywhere near on the ball.

Our experience similar to those quoted in the article, except that we weren't even asked whether we had filled out the contact tracking form at the border.
It does make you wonder how many people are bothering to quarantine. In England at least...
