I really, really want this to be the prevailing wisdom and guidance in the northeast because I'm tired of being considered an asshole for giving someone an unmasked wide berth instead of putting my mask on. I carry it in it my hand but it's for actual tight situations, not just passing someone going the other way.
No masks here when you're running. In the QuickyMart, however, please use them people when you come visit!
You wouldn't have to worry about that for people coming from Cambridge. 100% mask compliance in businesses, as far as I've observed, and close to 100% by people walking the streets.
On the streets of South Boston, on the other hand, you might not even know there was a pandemic.
I like the idea of reducing this to a formula. Makes a lot of sense.
